As a guest of Esperia Hotel we appreciate your loyalty and the trust you place in us as a travel partner. Recognizing the ongoing and increased uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing around the world, our highest priority is the health and wellbeing of our guests and employees. With that in mind we wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.
Intensified cleaning & disinfection across all high-volume touchpoints & guestrooms
Disinfectant dispensers for guests in public areas
High standards of food safety
Social distancing specification in all areas
Simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures
Doctors on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests
We Do not provide housekeeping services during the guest’s stay. We Provide extra daily in-room amenities (e.g., shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc.) to limit the need to make numerous daily deliveries. We Provide several large trash bags for disposal of any trash please contact the room service by dialing No 151. Guests should keep the trash bags in the room (not place them in the hallway) until a coordinated time for pick-up is arranged
